Resa had a ton of fun serving as Creative Director for Tiny Tales, a Colorado based children’s stationary company. Their line of products included un-baby book, Memory Kits; lunch box notes; note pads for parents; and other parent easy stationary products. She was responsible for mainstreaming the company’s identity with a give logo (done before we were involved, but we did love the elements). To do this, we simplified the use of the logo images to just the elephant (and named him Tiny), and just the company title in some cases as well. Based on the main products current packaging, we stuck with brown as the primary identity color, with accents of green. Seasonally we introduced other colors.
Owner Lara was easy to work with and gave us a lot of freedom and added responsibilities as our working relationship grew. Eventually she asked us to redesign the whole web site. She choose to use Shopify for her Ecommerce site. (We LOVE Shopify!) We worked together to find a perfect template. From there we customized it to fit the company’s needs, and did all the graphics and set up.
One of our favorite projects for Tiny Tales, we doing their first in store Point of Purchase (POP) displays for two of their top selling products. We worked with the vendor to receive samples and tested those samples with the product. We worked with new identity and style we had already established for the client to design two POP displays. (images below) We don’t have images of the final products, but the client was thrilled with them, as were her buyers.
Our contract ended when the client choose to close the business for personal reasons.
